細胞及系統醫學研究所

細胞及系統醫學研究所(簡稱細研所)

　　成立於2008年3月，致力於運用細胞與動物實驗，以及各類體學技術，深入探討心血管與代謝相關疾病之致病機轉，期以解決攸關國人健康的重要醫學課題。同時，本所亦整合幹細胞及其衍生物，發展應用於心血管與代謝疾病之再生醫學預防、診斷與治療策略。為促進基礎研究與臨床應用之有效接軌，細研所積極推動跨單位、跨機構與跨領域的臨床合作，整合臨床檢體與多元數據進行交叉驗證，進一步釐清人體器官與系統性疾病的發生機制。本所亦積極回應當前醫藥領域之挑戰，研發創新診斷與治療技術，加速研究成果之轉譯應用，期為疾病之預防與臨床治療提供嶄新的策略與解方。

所務歷史（Institutional History）

2008年3月，將原本幹細胞研究、心血管醫學以及老年醫學三個組別進行整合與重組，正式成立「細胞及系統醫學研究所」。
In March 2008, the original stem cell research, cardiovascular medicine, and geriatric medicine groups were consolidated and reorganized to officially establish the Institute of Cellular and System Medicine.
