神醫中心簡介
「神經及精神醫學研究中心」是國家衛生研究院新設立的單位。於2012年8月從原來的群體健康科學研究所「精神與成癮醫學研究組」擴充而來。
中心的主要研究主題包括：
（1）神經退化性疾病
（2）精神疾病
（3）物質使用與濫用。
主要使命
- 執行多元性神經退化性疾病、重大精神疾病 ，以及藥物成癮轉譯研究
- 開發神經退化性疾病、重大精神疾病，以及藥物成癮治療研究策略
- 培育新生代神經退化性疾病、重大精神疾病，以及藥物成癮治療研究的科學家培育新生代神經退化性疾病、重大精神疾病，以及藥物成癮治療研究的科學家
